This is a good walking pose. Though there are some little details that have already been mentioned, I think that overall you've done a good job. Also, you have some nice clean lineart on her body, and her face has been done very well. Though the overall pose is good, something still seems a little too controlled/stiff about it. I think that perhaps if the arm was bent a little more it would give the illusion that her arms are swinging with her movements. Another thing that could add to the movement of her body is to eleborate a bit more on her dress by making it blow behind her and hug her legs a bit more. This will mimic forward motion, as well as compliment the wind you have her cape blowing with. Overall, great charcter concept. I'd love to see this as a full out completed piece. Good job!
